Off-line pubs procedures

1. Going by departments in[CIR1206.xls], filter the records to find all the records with "E-mail" as a source. Irregularities:

• the fields are not clean, may have return(s) or space(s) after the word Email
• the sheets are formatted for printing, and so they broken up on page boundaries, so the end of the previous department will be at the top of a new department's tab. I've found the easiest way to deal with this is to cut and paste it back to the previous page, then filter.

1. Copy the IPN and Title into a list on the wiki page for the department.
2. Look up the document in the ICS pdf list
