Nicole Sloan has been with IFAS Communication Services as an editor for two years. Currently she is editing publications for the following departments:

- Family, Youth and Community Sciences

- 4-H and Youth Development

- Food Science and Human Nutrition

- Microbiology and Cell Science

Prior to joining ICS, Nicole was an assistant acquisitions editor at Smithsonian Books in Washington, DC and worked as an English instructor at the community college level. She earned her MA in English at the University of Massachusetts-Boston.
