  1. Open up and log into the SSH Secure shell files.
  2. Click on pdf files.
  3. Open up the next set of files to be processed.
  4. Click twice on Size at the top of the file.
  5. Open up two empty folers on your desk top. You can name them one and two or whatever works for you.
  6. Copy all of the files in the pdf folder that are 50,000 or larger in the size column.
  7. Drop them in folder number marked number one.
  8. Open the first pdf and click on print.
  9. Go up and change from a printer to Adobe PDF and click ok.
  10. Click on desktop and find the 2nd folder.
  11. Click on save.
  12. Check to make sure that the size is smaller than the one that you saved from. If it is not, deleted the one you just made in the 2nd folder and also delete it from folder number one.
  13. Open the next pdf and process as above. Once you have ten or so in the second folder. Click on the top one and pull your mouse down to highlight them all and drag them into the SSH Secure shell file. Click on yes to all.
  14. Look for duplicates, if you have duplicates delete the ones that are not marked with todays date.
  15. Go back to folder one and do ten more.
