Q. Why am I getting an error message when I try to retrieve a document in the EDIS Editor?

A. There are a two reasons you might receive this message. First, check to make sure you have entered the DLN in upper case letters. It will not accept the DLN if it is in lower case. Next, double-check to make sure you have entered the correct DLN. If the DLN has not been assigned to a document, you will get an error message.
